Day Shifts Essential Qualifications:

Active RN licensure in Pennsylvania Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum two years of RN First Assist experience Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Compliance with PA Act 31, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 requirements Strong team orientation with exemplary communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on surgical assistance alongside surgeons in the operating room Support pre- and post-operative patient care, including assessments and interventions Monitor patient status and document procedures with accuracy and clarity Adhere to safety and infection control standards Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and collaborate closely with surgical teams
