Role:

Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, providing, and evaluating patient care to ensure safety, satisfaction, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Duties:

Conducts comprehensive assessments, addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develops individualized care plans including patient education and discharge planning. Provides direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures, and evaluates intervention effectiveness. Collaborates proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Participates in decision-making, problem-solving, and unit safety initiatives. Engages in quality and safety education to improve care standards. Promotes compassionate patient interactions and enhances the overall patient/family experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation from a specialty training program (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. Strong assessment, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. Ability to adapt and work effectively within a team environment. Knowledge of evidence-based practices and safety protocols.
