WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Home Health RN, you'll provide compassionate, individualized care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

You'll:

Complete patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient's needs Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Help patients achieve their healthcare goals and remain safely at home Care for patients with a variety of medical needs Use your nursing expertise to make a meaningful difference every day

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current, active Pennsylvania RN License Home health experience preferred, but not required Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills Compassionate and dependable approach to patient care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
