Position Overview We are seeking skilled and fast-paced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide urgent and critical care in a dynamic acute care environment. The RN will assess, prioritize, and treat patients with a wide range of conditions, including medical emergencies, trauma, and mental health crises.

Pay Rates Full-Time:

$45 - $50/hour

Per-Diem:

$50 - $55/hour Key Responsibilities Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity Develop and implement individualized plans of care Provide direct patient care, including emergency interventions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care Document all care accurately and in a timely manner Additional Expectations Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff Maintain a calm and professional approach in high-pressure situations Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives Requirements Active RN license (state-specific or compact license preferred) BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of ER or acute care experience preferred Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills Benefits (Full-Time) Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options Flexible scheduling Ongoing recruiter and clinical support Apply Today!
