Description

Job Description This full-time day-shift role provides in-home Home Health visits to patients within a 30-mile radius of Punxsutawney. The position includes on average, and every 3rd weekend rotation, approximately 6 on-call days per month, and a rotating holiday schedule. Staff are expected to complete 5-7 weighted visits daily. A full job description is available from Human Resources. Qualifications and Physical Demands

Preferred:

2 years of hospital clinical experience and 1 year of community or home health nursing.

Required:

current CPR certification and a valid Pennsylvania RN license.

Strong observation, assessment, phlebotomy, and computer skills required in a paperless setting.

Required at hire: Pennsylvania driver's license, good driving record, acceptable auto insurance, and completed criminal background and child clearances.

Must safely lift, transfer, and position patients; push/pull up to 50 lbs.; travel daily to homes; and manage stairs.
