Description Applicants must possess or obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school setting. Responsibilities center on the upkeep of institutional buildings and associated outdoor spaces. This position requires a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs, along with the operation of both summer and winter outdoor power equipment. Winter maintenance duties include the operation of a truck-mounted snow plow and tailgate spreader. The position requires daily custodial duties during the school year.
