- Opportunities to pick up additional shifts RN Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and resident care during assigned shifts.
- Conduct rounds on all units, assessing residents and ensuring quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Assist with new employee orientation as needed.
- Report concerns and updates to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with staffing adjustments when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations. Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
