Registered Nurse - Direct Care Shift - Evening and Night shifts Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. In this role, you will utilize your extensive nursing expertise to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and coordinate care plans that promote healing and well-being. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to determine individualized care needs. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and other treatments following strict aseptic techniques and medical protocols. Utilize EHR systems to accurately document patient information, medical records, and treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in hospital, outpatient, long-term care, hospice, or community settings to develop and implement effective care strategies. Perform specialized procedures including suturing, catheterization (urinary and vascular), tube feeding management, and ventilator care when necessary. Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, discharge planning, and health coaching to promote ongoing wellness.
