Role Overview:

The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based decision-making, and contribute to safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from a specialty nursing training program, with preferred critical care experience. Demonstrates accountability, strong assessment skills, teamwork, and compassionate patient interactions. Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a clinical environment is essential.
