THE ASSIGNMENT

Provide psychiatric direct nursing care in a residential healthcare environment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania, with a focus on patient safety and well-being during overnight hours. Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting patient safety, completing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, communicating changes in patient condition, and working effectively within the behavioral health care team. This overnight assignment requires consistent availability for the 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift and experience in psychiatric or mental health care.

Preferred Active Pennsylvania RN license At least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience Previous experience working with behavioral or psychiatric patients in a residential or inpatient setting BLS/CPR certification Familiarity with documentation and charting tools Certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention
