Required Qualifications & Experience:
Current RN license, eligible in Pennsylvania Previous experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) BLS and NRP certifications (active and up to date) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Proven ability to adapt to new environments and teams Excellent communication and compassionate patient care
Primary Duties:
Deliver expert nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and maintain detailed patient records Offer emotional support and education to families Uphold evidence-based practice standards and safety protocols
