Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. The RN will be responsible for assessing residents, administering medications and treatments, coordinating care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident safety and positive outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans. Perform assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Document nursing care, assessments, interventions, and resident responses. Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and the healthcare team. Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and clinical needs. Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements. Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents. #

$2,126.00 per week
