Registered Nurse, Step-Down or PCU Float Pool Looking for a step-down or PCU nursing role that offers flexibility , variety, & higher earning potential ? Please consider this job opportunity, see below: Registered Nurse, Step-Down or PCU Float Pool DETAILS— 7:00 p.m.-7:30 a.m. - One weekend per month, with the same weekend assigned in each six-week schedule. New leadership has fostered a positive, community-focused culture, bringing the team together as one cohesive unit. Recent patient experience scores have reached 95% There are team leaders on off shifts to help support the staff. Better support with staffing, lower number of patients to treat compared to other step-down / PCU units! Must be comfortable floating to other units and caring for patients with different levels of acuity. Registered Nurse, Step-Down or PCU Float Pool SALARY and BENEFITS-- Excellent Medical benefits, 401K, PTO 3+Weeks $51.00 to $62.00 ; PLUS $4.00/hr

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL
