Fractional / As-Needed $45/Hour | Flexible Schedule | Non-Bedside RN Role NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong administrative or leadership background to join as a Fractional Clinical Advisor . This is a non-clinical, non-bedside role focused on clinical oversight, operations, and recruitment support.

Compensation:

$45 per hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Flexible schedule with potential for part-time or full-time growth What You'll Do (Administrative Focus): Provide clinical guidance to internal and recruiting teams Support candidate screening and clinical evaluations Ensure compliance with credentialing and healthcare standards Advise on job descriptions, hiring strategies, and role requirements Act as a liaison between clinical operations and recruitment

What We're Looking For:

Active RN license in Virginia (required) Experience in leadership, administration, or supervisory roles Background in healthcare operations, staffing, or recruitment preferred Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Setup:

Hybrid role (remote + in-person + up to 25% travel) Must be based in Northern Virginia This is an ideal opportunity for RNs looking to transition away from bedside care into a flexible, strategic role.
