Discipline Registered Nurse Postal Code 14086 Hours Full-Time Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Director of Nursing position with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This position is for a Director of Clinical Services in a Licensed Home Care Agency to supervise the Nursing Department and PCA's. This is NOT a Certified Home Health Agency, and the agency does not medically manage patients.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations Provide overall leadership and supervision of nursing services, assessments, care plans, and staff performance Participate in admissions, resident/client visits, and interdisciplinary care planning Oversee staffing levels, scheduling, recruitment, performance evaluations, discipline, and staff development Ensure delivery of compassionate, high-quality care with adequate coverage and regulatory compliance Monitor clinical quality indicators, incident reports, complaints, and unusual occurrences; initiate corrective actions as needed Lead infection control, OSHA compliance, safety programs, and emergency preparedness initiatives Direct Quality Assurance (QA), Performance Improvement (QI), and Corporate Compliance activities Prepare staff for surveys and inspections; lead Plans of Correction and follow-up actions Collaborate with physicians, consultants, community partners, department heads, residents, and familiesPay & Benefits:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York At least 2 years experience in home care (Licensed Home Care- NOT Certified Home Health) At least 2 years experience in a management or leadership position as a nurse Must be a U.
