Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing care plans, administering treatments (e.g., IVs, wound suturing, botulinum toxin), performing clinical procedures (e.g., catheterization, phlebotomy), and educating patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications. Utilize EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless continuity of care.
