Alternative Home Health Care has opened a new office in the sunshine state centrally located in The Villages of Florida. We are looking for leaders to grow with us! Alternative Home Health Care is a home health agency owned and operated by nurses with 20 years' experience in healthcare with the last 10 years specializing in home care management. We provide in-home nursing and rehabilitation care for those with medical and or mental illness. We seek to be an alternative to more structured health care settings for those who wish to remain in their home and the community. We are currently looking to hire Full Time and Per Diem Nurses to see patients in and around The Villages! We offer benefit!

The Registered Nurse Case Manager is responsible for providing quality clinical care in the home setting. The LPN Coordinator is responsible to provide direct care to patients supervised by a Registered Nurse, according to the plan of care established by the Registered Nurse and ordered by the patient's physician.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing in the State of Florida
• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing in the State of Florida
• Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience in med surg, LTC or home health care
• Must have current CPR certification
• Must be able to case manage
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to drive
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills
