Full-Time Hospice RN Case Manager Pay Range:

COMPETITIVE SALRY

$90,000 to 95,000

Mileage:

$0.57 a mile Summary Provides and coordinates hospice care services including the necessary documentation regarding client care according to the client plan of treatment. Successfully communicates with the office, physicians and other agencies providing services to a client including the Hospice IDG. Provide supervision and clinical direction to hospice aides and LPNs. Participate in on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Positive, interpersonal skills, knowledge of home health/hospice services and external regulations preferred. A thorough understanding of confidentiality. A minimum of one year of experience in Hospice as a Registered Nurse, eligible to practice in the State of Michigan. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
