Tri-Parish area healthcare company is seeking a Nurse Marketer (RN, LPN). The Nurse Marketer is responsible for marketing and cultivating relationships directly with Case Managers, Physicians, Admissions Managers, and healthcare administrative teams. The Nurse Marketer provides educational presentations to medical personnel and providers in the Tri-Parish community;. She/he meets with physicians, nurse practitioners, hospitalists, case managers, and other referral sources as a piece of further developing market area for the company;. She/he assesses patient clinical eligibility for admission consideration. Nursing/clinical experience and an active Louisiana or multistate RN or LPN license are required for this position. Position Requirements Completion of a practical nursing program for an LPN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Current, unencumbered Louisiana state or multistate RN or LPN Nursing License Louisiana valid state drivers' license. Familiarity with healthcare marketing, developing & cultivating referral relationships, and building networks with case managers and physicians. 1-2 years direct patient care and/or case management experience in hospital setting. 2+ years work experience in healthcare-related marketing preferred.
