Job Description

Urgently seeking a dynamic and compassionate Pediatric RN Field Nurse Supervisor to lead and coordinate pediatric home health services with enthusiasm and expertise. This vital role involves supervising a team of pediatric nurses, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of pediatric nursing experience, and a passion for improving the lives of children and their families. Duties Supervise and mentor a team of pediatric nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical standards, policies, and procedures and physician plan of care. Develop and coordinate patient care plans ensuring services are provided in accordance with physician orders and regulatory and agency requirements. Conduct initial and ongoing patient evaluations through regular home visits to assess patient needs ensuring services are being provided in accordance with patients needs and physician orders. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, families, and interdisciplinary agency team to coordinate services. Complete and monitor clinical documentation ensuring timeliness and accuracy utilizing agency EMR system RN PAD Qualifications Valid RN (Registered Nurse) license with current state certification. Extensive pediatric nursing experience including ventilator management, Trach care, suctioning, GT feedings, oxygen administration, seizure precautions and diabetic care Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as RN PAD Excellent communication skills including managerial communication; ability to provide clear guidance and feedback to staff members. Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high standards of patient assessment and safety protocols. $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
