This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who wants flexibility and the ability to accept visits as needed , without committing to a full-time schedule. Position Responsibilities The RN will primarily be responsible for: Completing new patient admissions/sign-ons in the patient's home Conducting patient reassessments as needed Performing thorough nursing assessments and documenting findings Communicating relevant patient information and changes in condition to the appropriate members of the care team Completing required paperwork and documentation promptly and accurately Maintaining professional communication with patients, families, and the agency Most visits are straightforward and typically take no more than approximately one hour .
