What we need and prefer:

Active RN license, with a minimum of 2+ years licensed and 1+ year clinical 5+ years bedside/field nursing 2+ years as a charge nurse, clinical supervisor, or DON Home care/home health experience a plus Familiarity with

UAI, DMAS-99, DMAS-97A/B, DMAS-7

a plus (we'll support you either way) Local travel around Northern Virginia and the Piedmont region. Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate after your first assessment of the day. This role starts PRN and grows with the business. For the right person, there's a real path to consistent part-time or full-time as NestWell scales.
