We're hiring a Psychiatric Nurse (RN or APRN) for our outpatient program at LiftWell Health. This is a role within our outpatient setting.

Psychiatric Nurse (RN or APRN) LiftWell Health Outpatient | Connecticut | In-Person Preferred | Immediate Start About the Role LiftWell Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse (RN or APRN) to join our outpatient programs. What Makes This Role Different You will function as a core clinical team member, helping to shape patient care in real time—working closely with therapists, psychiatric providers, and families.

Clinical quality over volume Integrated, team-based care Thoughtful, individualized treatment planning A highly relational patient experience Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric and nursing assessments Monitor medication adherence, response, and side effects Provide patient and family education regarding medications and care plans Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and multidisciplinary team members Perform clinical monitoring, including symptom tracking and safety assessments Support risk assessment and escalation when clinically indicated Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Qualifications Active RN or APRN license in Connecticut Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or eating disorder care preferred Familiarity with outpatient settings strongly preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with adolescents, adults, and families Work Structure In-person preferred at our Connecticut outpatient programs Open to hybrid or virtual for highly qualified candidates Flexible scheduling options depending on role scope Compensation & Growth We offer competitive and flexible compensation based on experience, licensure, and role scope (RN vs APRN).
