Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) Havencrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center Bethel Park, PA Havencrest Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) to join our team!
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Hybrid) 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM What We Offer Home-like atmosphere in our 48-bed facility Competitive compensation Referral bonus with unlimited earning potential Supportive leadership team Career growth and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Complete and coordinate resident MDS assessments accurately and within required timeframes. Evaluate residents' clinical status and identify changes that may impact reimbursement or care planning. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and all applicable state and federal regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support quality resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning and reimbursement processes. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous long-term care experience required Previous
MDS/RNAC
