Part time Summary The RN in the Float Pool is the basic level of professional nursing practice. She/he identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility. Nurses in our Float Pool serve patients on the following units: + ER + ICU (those that are trained) + Ambulatory Care Department + Med/Surg + Women and Children's Schedule + 72 hours every 2 weeks + Rotating day, evening and night shifts with a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts + Every 3rd weekend (12-hour shifts) + Rotating holidays Pay and Benefits + Pay based on experience and degree + Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour + Bachelors in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour + Masters in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour + Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour + Full-time ?
