About the Position We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Minnesota. This part-time role combines in-home patient visits with remote documentation, care coordination, and follow-up activities , offering flexibility and meaningful one-on-one patient care.
