Through skilled nursing, presence, and attentive support, this role helps bring comfort, dignity, and peace during a deeply meaningful time. Registered Nurses at Lighthouse Hospice deliver personalized patient care, support families with empathy and clarity, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to honor each patient's life and journey with excellence, respect, and compassion. Key Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and interventions in alignment with hospice plans of care. Support patients and families with symptom management, education, and emotional support. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members to ensure coordinated care. Document care and maintain accurate, timely clinical records per regulatory and agency standards. Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
