This is not a seat at an established branch office. It is the first hire of a new operation: you will build the nurse roster, take the first client calls, sit at the first family's kitchen table, and set the standard for how care is delivered here. If you have spent your career executing someone else's playbook and have opinions about how it should actually be done, this is the job where you get to do it your way. Meet prospective clients and their families, understand the clinical picture and the household dynamics, and make the match that actually works — not just the one that fills the shift. Be the calm, competent, always-reachable point of contact that families come to trust — often during the hardest stretch of their parent's or spouse's life. Compliance and records. Maintain licensure, credentialing, insurance, background screening, and documentation to state standards and to ours, which are higher. Growth. Build referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, elder law attorneys, wealth advisors, and senior communities in the market. What we are looking for Active RN license and experience in Florida (or eligible by endorsement), in good standing. Critical care experience including ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Level I Trauma Center experience or emergency medicine background highly desirable. Skills in managing complex cases involving ventilator management, catheterization procedures (including sterile technique), medication administration including injections and venipuncture Natural leadership. Nurses respect you and take your call. You set expectations clearly and hold them without drama. Exceptional people skills. You can be warm with a frightened daughter, direct with a nurse who is coasting, and composed with a demanding client — sometimes in the same hour. Real experience in the concierge or private duty home setting preferred. You understand that working in someone's home is different from working on a unit — the dynamics, the discretion, the family politics, the judgment calls you make alone at 2 a.m.
