Hospice East Bay has been certified the past six years in a row as a "Great Place to Work". Must have previous hospice or home health experience.

Coverage Areas:

Vallejo, Hercules, Richmond, Oakland, Castro Valley, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Antioch, Brentwood and the surrounding cities in the area.

Schedule is:

Sunday-Thursday NOC shift 12:00am-8:30am Essential Functions Assessing all aspects of the patient's pain and developing an individualized pain management plan Anticipating, preventing, and treating undesirable symptoms or secondary symptoms Identifying and addressing comfort care needs Supporting, instructing, and educating the patient, family and caregiver.
