This per diem W-2 position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid capacity. The role focuses on IEP-related health evaluations, record reviews, vision and hearing screenings, and participation in virtual IEP meetings. Responsibilities Conduct IEP-related health assessments, including vision and hearing screenings (when needed) Coordinate evaluation schedules directly with families Review student medical records and previous evaluations Write and submit individualized health reports for IEP and 504 plans Participate in virtual IEP meetings to present findings and support the team Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Manage documentation and timelines through secure internal systems Complete in-person vision and hearing screenings at the student's home or designated office sites based on family preference Qualifications Active California RN license California School Nurse Services Credential (Preliminary or Clear) School Audiometrist Certificate Familiarity with IEP and 504 processes Strong clinical documentation and communication skills Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, and PDF tools Reliable computer/laptop and internet access
