Job Summary The Workers' Compensation Nurse Case Manager is an experienced RN who provides both field and telephonic clinical case management for Tower Health employees with medical-only, lost time, and complex workers' compensation cases. This includes but is not limited to contributing to compensability decisions, coordinating light duty, assuring compliance with plan of care, attending specialist appointments, and composing letters to Independent Medical Examiners. Provides RN Case Management services for select clients of Occupational Health Services. Participates in or leads projects that support Employee Health and Accident Prevention. This position is hybrid based at Reading Hospital (West Reading, PA). #LI #READ #

Qualifications Relevant experience with workers' comp case management is required Strong understanding of Pennsylvania State Workers' Compensation Associate's degree BLS certification PA Registered Nurse License PA Drivers License Certification as an Occupational Health Nurse or Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Safety certificate is a plus.
