What they do
A Registered Nurse provides medical care and treatment, educates patients about their conditions, and provides emotional support to patients and families. Works in hospitals, schools, clinics or community health centers. Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Job Description
Medical Director:
protocols, treatment plans, consent, documentation, and quality review. Own the UltraClear® ablative resurfacing program and perform neuromodulator and filler treatments. Delegate to and supervise Registered Nurses; train and sign off staff competencies. Maintain laser-safety, infection-control, and bloodborne-pathogen compliance; serve as laser safety officer. Represent the practice at clinical studies, device evaluations, and industry events. Required Credentials and Experience Active Rhode Island APRN license with Certified Nurse Practitioner designation and prescriptive authority (or eligible to obtain before start); active RI RN license; national NP board certification. Minimum 3 years in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable aesthetic setting; Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with ablative or fractional resurfacing lasers (any platform); UltraClear experience a plus, not required. Documented injectables training and independent injecting experience.Plus:
