About the Practice Valence Aesthetics is a high-tech medical aesthetics practice preparing to open in Barrington, Rhode Island. You will have multispectral skin analysis, the UltraClear® laser, and a full injectables and skin-health menu to work with, and you decide what is right for the person in your chair. We want people who are good at this and want to be busy. If you can explain why a treatment matters and help a patient commit to a plan that will actually work for them, you will do very well here. The Technology The UltraClear laser is a newer category of resurfacing that most practices in New England have not adopted. You will receive manufacturer training and certification, first-hand input on protocols as the platform matures, and a seat at device evaluations and industry events where the people who developed it are in the room. If you want to be the clinician other providers call about ablative resurfacing, this is the role to do it from. You will also work with multispectral skin analysis for consults and progress tracking, and a full neuromodulator, laser hair removal, hydrodermabrasion facials, filler, and medical-grade skin-health menu. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day clinical operations in partnership with the
Medical Director:
protocols, treatment plans, consent, documentation, and quality review. Own the UltraClear® ablative resurfacing program and perform neuromodulator and filler treatments. Delegate to and supervise Registered Nurses; train and sign off staff competencies. Maintain laser-safety, infection-control, and bloodborne-pathogen compliance; serve as laser safety officer. Represent the practice at clinical studies, device evaluations, and industry events. Required Credentials and Experience Active Rhode Island APRN license with Certified Nurse Practitioner designation and prescriptive authority (or eligible to obtain before start); active RI RN license; national NP board certification. Minimum 3 years in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or comparable aesthetic setting; Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with ablative or fractional resurfacing lasers (any platform); UltraClear experience a plus, not required. Documented injectables training and independent injecting experience.

Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
