Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts 36 or 48 hours per week

Qualifications:

Current RN license valid in Rhode Island or compact state BLS certification required Previous experience in Telemetry strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Telemetry units, monitoring cardiac and vital signs Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans to address patient needs Accurately document patient information and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, initiating appropriate interventions as needed Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards Float to different units as staffing needs arise; may be reassigned up to three times per shift in accordance with union guidelines Participate actively in shift change communications to ensure continuity of care
