The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population. Monitor and assess patients' conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care instructions. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Experience in a Progressive Care or similar unit preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
