Job Description

Diversified Funding Incorporated has been managing properties on a continuing basis since 1974. From this experience, we have built a strong reputation, and DFI is recognized as a successful leader in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of properties requiring value added techniques. Today, DFI owns and or manages over 4,500 residential units in the New England area. DFI's portfolio also consists of retail strip centers, office and hotel properties. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with a proven skill set to work at a 112 unit apartment community located in Warwick, RI. Previous experience and general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
(will include but are not limited to): Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds Maintain the upkeep of the buildings (vacuuming, cleaning, repairs, etc) Apartment Turnovers (Painting, cleaning, general maintenance, etc) Completing resident work orders On-call emergency maintenance Special assigned property projects Snow removal Assist the office team members with rent collection, lease renewals, move-ins, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
