Your expertise will play a crucial role in creating a safe and healthy environment for students in grades 1 through 5, assisting young learners, faculty, and staff throughout the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, students, and parents CPR certification and up-to-date immunizations Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine passion for pediatric care
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver health services and medical support to 1st through 5th grade students Manage daily health office operations, including first aid, medication administration, and health screenings Implement care plans for students with chronic health conditions Maintain accurate health records and comply with confidentiality standards Promote health education and wellness initiatives among students and staff Serve as a liaison with parents and healthcare providers regarding student health needs Respond promptly to emergencies and communicable disease concerns
