Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during cardiac and vascular surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standard of patient safety and sterile technique Prepare and maintain operating room instruments, supplies, and equipment specific to CVOR cases Monitor patient vitals and provide direct preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to ensure optimal outcomes Collaborate effectively with physicians, surgical technologists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate care and achieve patient goals Document all nursing care accurately and maintain thorough electronic health records Respond swiftly and calmly to emergencies, using advanced clinical judgment

Qualifications:
