Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for comprehensive patient assessments, medication administration, wound care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. The Registered Nurse will provide in-home health care services for EEOICPA-qualified clients. The hours for this position are 7 AM to 7 PM every other Saturday and Sunday. Deliver direct patient care in clients' homes, including medication administration, assessments, vital signs, and documentation. Coordinate care plans with the physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families on health management and safety. Maintain compliance with EEOICPA standards, company policies, and HIPPA requirements. Respond professionally to patient needs and emergencies during scheduled shifts. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent care outcomes. Qualifications Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina. Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience (med-surge, hospice, home health or similar settings preferred) Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs. Excellent communication, documentation, and critical thinking skills. CPR certification required.
