Competitive pay:

In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident care needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and help ensure the highest level of resident comfort, safety, and well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans Administer medications, treatments, and specialized nursing procedures safely and accurately Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition Communicate resident status updates to physicians, families, and appropriate team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Participate in care planning meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed Qualifications Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred What Makes You a Great Fit Compassionate and resident-focused Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Dependable and professional Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Passionate about delivering exceptional care and improving quality of life for residents We are an equal opportunity employer.
