ACLS, BLS, NIHSS and SC RN license; Must have at least 2 years of experience in the field; Must have MS/Tele competency; Will have to pass an EKG exam

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care within the Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units, supporting elderly and general medical patients. Float to other facilities as needed, ensuring proper coverage and patient safety. Administer medications and monitor patient status using Omnicell and EPIC documentation systems. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and facilitate patient flow. Comply with unit protocols, passing required exams and maintaining necessary certifications.
