This 12-week travel opportunity in an acute care MICU setting brings you into a collaborative environment with 276 staffed beds. Here, you'll join a diverse, skilled team and work with Epic charting. The exposure to different workplace practices, unit protocols, and leadership styles will help broaden your clinical knowledge and adaptability, strengthening your resume for future opportunities.
Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts, nights (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) Holiday rotation required Every other weekend requiredQualifications:
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU RN experience; 2 years strongly preferred Current South Carolina or Compact RN license (in hand before start) ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Prior travel experience required Royal blue scrubs required No local travelers accepted (must reside more than 60 miles away)Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill adult patients in the MICU Monitor patient status and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Respond adeptly in acute/emergent situations Float to similar units as needed in alignment with facility practices Uphold documentation standards and ensure charting accuracyBenefits and Perks:
