Registered Respiratory Therapist with current credentials Ability to maintain a professional image and superior customer relations with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues Experience in direct patient care and respiratory therapy procedures Special training in Hyperbaric Medicine, NICU/PICU care, Pulmonary Functions, or Asthma Education is a plus Strong documentation, organizational, and communication abilities Capable of exercising sound clinical judgment and providing patient care recommendations Responds quickly and appropriately to Code Blue and Rapid Response situationsResponsibilities:
Deliver direct respiratory therapy and, where trained, administer Hyperbaric Medicine Adhere to facility-specific policies and procedures, organizing your workload efficiently Maintain and document patient charts, records, and reports accurately and promptly Participate in respiratory care educational initiatives and departmental meetings Employ effective assessment skills, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with the care team for optimal outcomes Perform specialized tests and therapies as assignedBenefits & Perks:
