Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel Discover Timmonsville, South Carolina—a welcoming Southern town famed for its hospitality and charming local culture. Working in a hospital-based inpatient rehab unit, you will collaborate within a focused, experienced team and benefit from exposure to innovative workplace methods, leadership perspectives, and advanced charting with Epic.
Schedule/Hours:
5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) 1 weekend per month No on-call required Holiday coverage possible
Key Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital-based PT experience Current South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License (required at start) BLS certification First-time travelers not accepted Must reside more than 60 miles from assignment location Familiarity with Epic charting system (preferred)
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population within a 28-bed rehab unit Complete thorough assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress using Epic Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Adhere to facility policies and infection control protocols Provide compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and adaptability, particularly during hurricane season assignments
