We are seeking a dedicated Paramedic or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role primarily involves patient transfers, ensuring safe and efficient transport of patients between facilities or locations. The position offers on-call hours from home, providing flexibility while maintaining readiness to respond promptly to medical needs. Duties Respond to transfer requests and provide professional medical care during patient transport Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients throughout transfers Operate medical equipment and monitor patient vital signs as required Follow established protocols and procedures for patient handling and transportation Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and transfer details Communicate effectively with healthcare facilities, team members, and patients' families when appropriate Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a secure environment for both patients and staff Qualifications Current certification as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse (RN) with appropriate licensing Experience in emergency medical services or patient transfer roles is preferred Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities during transfers Strong communication skills and attention to detail Flexibility to be on-call from home and respond promptly to transfer requests Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care in a station-based environment

Pay:
