Guaranteed 36 hours per week Every other weekend required No call responsibilities Block scheduling considered

Responsibilities:

Manage 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratios in a cardiac stepdown unit Deliver patient-centered clinical care, monitoring and intervening as necessary Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, adapting to Epic system implementation (no RTO from 2/08/27 3/31/27) Float within your scope to meet patient care needs Adhere to all facility policies and uphold safety standards

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse with minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Stepdown experience Active BLS and ACLS certification Cannot accept first-time travelers or those with pending licenses Not open to local candidates
