Works under the supervision of a physician or other specialist, and serves as the primary point of care for patients in a hospital setting. May specialize in emergency room work, or treatment for a particular condition, or specialize in working with infants, the elderly or other patient groups. May work as an advanced practice specialists and prescribe medications in addition to offering specialty care.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient consultations, advanced facial analysis, and customized, long-term care planning. Administer cosmetic injections with precision, including neuromodulators (BOTOX®, DYSPORT®) and dermal fillers (JUVÉDERM® portfolio). Utilize next-generation skin and wellness technology, including Exion RF, CO2 CoolPeel Laser, Emsculpt Neo, Emface, and Emsella. Educate clients on medical-grade skincare maintenance (including SkinMedica lines) and precise pre/post-care instructions. Maintain spotless, accurate electronic medical charting and adhere strictly to all Tennessee medical spa compliance standards.
Qualifications:
License:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Tennessee.
Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of dedicated hands-on experience as a cosmetic injector or aesthetic nurse.
Device Familiarity:
Prior experience or certification with BTL devices (Emsculpt/Exion) or Cartessa lasers is highly preferred but we will train the right candidate.
