On Call Greeneville, TN OPEN Job Description Job Description:

8-hour shift Monday

•Friday 7a-3:30pm; On-call one day a week starting at end of your shift until 7am the following morning. On-call one weekend a month starting at the end of your shift on Friday and ending at 7am the following Monday morning. Travelers permanent residence must be 100 miles or >from the hospitals service area. General orientation will begin on Sundays. Sunday will beonline CBLs. I can start the traveler any Sunday that you can complete thecompliance documents by the deadline.

16 hours ofnonbillable orientation. Hospital cancancel/call off one shift biweekly without a financial penalty from theemployed 36/36 or 36/48 schedule (use whichever is appropriate for theemployment agreement) if there is a decrease in census. Additional shiftspicked up above the work commitment as additional overtime shifts will beflexed as needed for hospital census decrease/decreased resource need withoutpenalty. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to activelyparticipate in nursing student support and clinical education as we preparefuture nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student educationresponsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinicalcare practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.
