1 Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 3+ years of OR experience and a TN or compact RN license. Details hospital-based Operating Room unit" Day shift schedule (4x10 hours), 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Rotational call requirement, approximately 5-6 days per month including weekends when all positions are filled 13-week assignment length Epic EMR experience required Wide variety of surgical specialties supported including vascular, gynecology, orthopedic, cardiovascular, general surgery, urology, ENT, thoracic, and robotics Requirements Active RN license (TN or compact) required and must be in-hand at time of submission AHA-issued BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 3 years of Operating Room nursing experience required Prior travel nursing experience required Community hospital experience preferred Epic charting system experience required BSN required for international candidates Additional Information Provide direct perioperative nursing care across a broad range of surgical specialties" Participate in clinical education and support for nursing students as part of routine duties General orientation begins on Sundays with online computer-based learning modules, averaging 4-5 non-billable hours Facial hair must be trimmed or removed to meet CDC fit-testing guidelines Candidates must be willing to complete a drug test within 12-14 calendar days prior to start, with no conflicting engagements during that window Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside 100 miles or more from the facility's service area RTO must be submitted with candidate profile First-time travelers are welcome to apply
