Reports To:
Director of Nursing Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Tennessee CPR/BLS certification (must be current). Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute rehab preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. Commitment to resident-centered care and team collaboration. 3 year's experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to XX lbs and assist residents as needed. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
